Flange high-temperature and high-pressure valve: The valve body, valve cover, gate plate, and gate rod are made of stainless steel material, and the sealing surface of the valve seat is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, stainless steel+hard alloy or hardfacing hard alloy. The filler is generally made of hard alloy, polytetrafluoroethylene, asbestos graphite, or flexible graphite. Nominal size DN15~DN800, working pressure 1.6MPa~2.0MPa, applicable temperature ≤ 200 ℃, suitable for nitric acid and weakly corrosive medium pipelines.
Characteristics of flange high-temperature and high-pressure valve products
Adopting austenitic stainless steel, it has good corrosion resistance to oxidizing acid media.
When the medium flows through a stainless steel gate valve, it does not change its flow direction and has low fluid resistance.
The movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the flow direction of the medium, and the opening and closing torque is small, making it easier to open and close.
The flow direction of the medium is unrestricted, without disturbing or reducing pressure. The medium can flow in any direction from both sides of the gate valve, and can achieve the purpose of use. It is suitable for pipelines where the flow direction of the medium may change.
The gate is vertically placed inside the valve body, with a shorter structural length.
Good sealing performance. When fully open, the sealing surface is less eroded.
